How to Access Your SiteLock Dashboard

Login to your SiteLock dashboard. Depending on where you purchased services, you have two options:

a. If you purchased services directly through us,  login through our login page HERE using your username and password. If you are unsure of your username, it is generally the email address that you signed up with and where you receive our alerts. If you are unsure of your password, use the password reset option to email yourself a password reset link.

b. If you purchased services through your hosting provider, login using the SiteLock link through your hosting provider’s dashboard. If you need assistance with this, please contact your hosting provider. You can often find a guide in your host's help center detailing how to log in.

Understanding Your Dashboard

Under the Business Security and Domain Statistics sections, you will see some symbols associated with each product.

Here are the basic meanings behind them:

Green Check - Everything is good, and in compliance.

Yellow Exclamation Point - Something is pending (like a scan) or needs to be configured.

Red X - Something failed, or malware/vulnerabilities were found.

Grey Upgrade - Your service needs to be upgraded in order to use this feature.

Dashboard Settings

Language Settings - Here you can modify the language that your SiteLock dashboard is displayed in. There are 12 options to choose from.

Security Settings - Here you can modify your security question. This will be used in case you forget your password to the dashboard.

Email Subscription -This will let you change what kind of emails you want to receive.

Notifications -This will allow you to set whether or not you would like to receive security alerts about your website. We do not recommend turning this off.

Scan Settings - Here you may change the frequency of specific scans.

You can change the XSS/SQL Injection scan to daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly.

Please note that by default, the application scan runs quarterly. You can change this to weekly, monthly or quarterly. We do not allow it to be changed to daily, as it is a very resource intensive scan on websites. Also please note that we do not allow frequency changes to be made for certain hosting providers.

Depending on which plan you have, you can change the SMART scan to hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or never. We recommend either hourly or daily.

Download, SMART, SMARTDB, SMART/PATCH, Trueshield and Backup Settings - Please refer to the SMART, Firewall and Backup guides for information about these.
