We are also happy to report that our employee survey results averaged an overall favorable rate of 90 percent and an overall employee engagement score of 92 percent, which is more than double the national average, according to Denise Gredler, Founder and CEO of BestCompaniesAZ.

SiteLock was founded in 2008 with the simple desire to provide quality, affordable web security solutions to small and medium-sized businesses worldwide. With only 10 employees and a pool table as a makeshift desk, the founding team members, including our President, Neill Feather, were challenged each day to come up with new, creative ways to overcome challenges.
Fast-forward to the present, and SiteLock has been recognized as the Fastest Growing Software Company in Arizona by Deloitte for the past two years in a row. While we’ve upgraded our furniture and office space, our core values still hold true – maintain an entrepreneurial spirit in everything we do. Whether employees are developing new products, communicating with customers, or re-defining processes, this entrepreneurial spirit empowers individuals to innovate and take ownership of their projects.

At SiteLock, our employees are the backbone of our company. We want our employees to take pride in their work and build a long-term career with us. That’s why we’ve emphasized the importance of providing key resources needed for employee growth and success. This includes a three-week training program for new hires, and hands-on management advancement programs to help employees learn essential core competencies.

Being a 24/7/365 business, our crewmembers work hard day in and day out. We recognize our employees’ dedicated efforts and want to make sure they’re rewarded for it.
Fun Break-Time Activities
For fun, SiteLock employees are encouraged to spend their breaks in the game room, which is complete with a Ping-Pong table, old-school Pac-man game system, and a PlayStation console.
We also have an on-site gym for employees to utilize before, during or after work!
Never a Shortage of Food
Each week we have breakfast catered on Mondays, lunch catered on Fridays and endless snacks in between. Not to mention we also have an on-site cafeteria!
We have a whole committee dedicated to maintaining our “Best of Cool” culture. Each quarter we host fun events for our employees and their families to enjoy, including picnics (as pictured above), potlucks, spirit days, and an annual employee appreciation party.
Relax, We’ve Got Your Back
Oh, and we also bring in a professional masseuse each month as a way to help employees relax.
SiteLock is committed to giving back to the community. In 2015, we established the SiteLock Digital Kids Fund, an initiative that targets schools in need of technology for STEM-related projects within the Phoenix, Arizona and Jacksonville, Florida areas. In 2016, SiteLock funded 198 projects, impacting nearly 20,000 students at 141 schools.
We’re always looking for new ways to help support local charities. We are currently partnering with Arizona Helping Hands to host a back to school drive. In 2016, we partnered with St. Mary’s Food Bank to host a food drive, in which we donated more than 1,200 pounds of food during the holiday season. We also partnered with the Maricopa Animal Care and Control Center in 2016 to host a pet drive, in which we donated over 100 items to the organization!
