At SiteLock, we believe our employees are happiest and most productive when they work in an environment that prioritizes health and wellness. The SiteLock Wellness Program was created as a way to give back to our hardworking employees by helping to inspire a healthy lifestyle. Driven by a group of volunteer employees, our Wellness Program provides the education and resources needed to adopt healthy habits, create work-life balance, and improve overall wellness. In addition, the program offers individual wellness coaching to help employees reduce stress and improve productivity.
To keep health and wellness top of mind for employees all year long, we organize and execute a variety of fun activities, including an Annual Health Fair. The Health Fair introduces employees to more than 20 different health and wellness providers offering free samples, discounts on local health services, free biometric screenings, and even raffle prizes!
The SiteLock Wellness Program also runs quarterly health challenges to help employees be proactive about their health in a fun and interactive way. For example, SiteLock created a Blood Pressure Challenge, which not only educated employees on the importance of proactive heart health, but also helped many employees successfully reduce their blood pressure and sustain it long-term. Plus, SiteLock offers free monthly chair massages and has a free on-site gym!
One of the coolest perks in the SiteLock Wellness Program is the sponsorship of SiteLock employees, plus one family member, to participate in local running races throughout the year like the Arizona Rock’n’Roll Marathon Series and Pat’s Run.
These are just a few of the amazing ways SiteLock rewards its employees and inspires healthy habits that our employees can use both in the office – and at home.
